The Hickory Hill Harvesters Club was
founded with the 2002 Harvest season. The club consists of HHV patrons
that are willing to help us pick the grapes each September. To be a
member, we ask that you help us pick at least two days during the harvest.
In return, you receive an invitation to a private party with a barrel tasting of
the wines you helped make! In addition, you receive a discount on your HHV
& W wine purchases for
a year and free admission to HHV & W events!

This cookbook will stress cooking with wine and recipes that pair particularly well with a certain style of wine. We need your help to do this! We are in the recipe collection phase.
